Our hearing evaluations are thorough and designed to provide you with a complete understanding of your hearing needs. We use advanced diagnostic equipment and offer a range of hearing tests, including pure-tone audiometry.

 On going care for your hearing when you need it. Even from another providers. (restrictions apply)  

Patients from other clinics

 This service is for hearing aid re-prescription only. The hearing aids must belong to the patient, with proof of purchase in the patient’s name required. We can only support manufacturer-branded hearing aids that are still within the warranty period. Aids from other brands, such as Advance, are not supported under this service. Any appointments, repairs, servicing, replacement parts, or consumables will be charged separately.

Our hearing assessments are charged because they are a full clinical appointment carried out by a qualified hearing care professional. The fee covers your time in clinic, a detailed assessment of your hearing, ear examination, a discussion of your results and recommended next steps. If you choose our bundled hearing care option, this assessment fee may be included.

 A hearing assessment is usually a simple, painless appointment that helps the audiologist understand your hearing and what support you may need. It normally includes a discussion about your hearing, an examination of your ears, and a hearing test in a quiet room or booth. 

Some common signs of hearing loss include difficulty understanding speech, asking people to repeat themselves, turning up the volume on the TV or radio, and avoiding social situations because of hearing difficulties. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, schedule a hearing evaluation with Pear Tree & Co. Audiology.

 Not always. After your hearing assessment, we will explain whether hearing aids are the best option for you, or whether another treatment or a different approach may be more suitable.
