Whether your hearing aids were fitted privately, through the NHS, or by another provider, we can help with assessment, adjustments, servicing, and ongoing care.

Patients from other clinics

This service is for hearing aid re-prescription only. The hearing aids must belong to the patient, with proof of purchase in the patient’s name required. We can only support manufacturer-branded hearing aids that are still within the warranty period. Aids from other brands, such as Advance, are not supported under this service. Any appointments, repairs, servicing, replacement parts, or consumables will be charged separately.

Our hearing assessments are charged because they are a full clinical appointment carried out by a qualified hearing care professional. The fee covers your time in clinic, a detailed assessment of your hearing, ear examination, a discussion of your results and recommended next steps. If you choose our bundled hearing care option, this assessment fee may be included.
